Compeg Services

Compeg Services are currently the managers of choice for the Polo Estate Dullstroom and have been managing Sectional Title and Home Owners Association complexes for 28 years. They currently have 305 clients on their books.

Compeg Services (Pty) Ltd focuses on Sectional Title and Home Association management and Landsec (a sister company) on rental administration, (residential, commercial, industrial and retail) including the letting of property. The head office is situated in Parktown, with branch offices in Bedfordview and Germiston’s Stone Arch Estate.

The Company started off as Whitefield Estates (Pty) Ltd, which then acquired Landsec and Compeg. In order to focus attention on the different needs of landlords, sectional title developers and owners, Whitefield was split into Compeg and Landsec. Both companies have shown steady growth over the years and in 1993 the sectional title and residential portfolios of I. Kuper & Co (Pty) Ltd was purchased from Investec Bank.

The three directors have over forty years of collective property experience and this strength in senior management enables them to maintain a high level of service to clients. At present Compeg administers all 300 complexes ranging in size from 5 units to 1 000 units by using a uniquely specialised property computerised programme.
